Frank Bulacher

Frank Bulacher is manager of SAP CH at Alstom Switzerland. He has worked in BI for more than 14 years in the United States and Europe. Prior to that, he was a consultant in data warehousing and SAP FI/CO. His career has taken him to top-tier and boutique companies. Frank is a graduate of the University of Augsburg in Germany and the University of Wales in Swansea, UK, with majors in banking and computer science.

Rich Chlebek

Rich Chlebek is a director of business intelligence at Business Intelligence Competency Partners (BIPC), which focuses on providing SAP business intelligence solutions to its customers. He has 19 years of information systems software development, integration, and training experience in a variety of industries, including financial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, telecom, and government. He possesses expert knowledge in all products in the BusinessObjects suite of tools. His experience includes 14 years of BusinessObjects Enterprise implementations, 14 years of Universe Design, eight years of Web Intelligence, six years of Crystal Reports, four years of Xcelsius, and three years of BW integration.

Ned Falk

Ned Falk is a senior education consultant at SAP. In prior positions, he implemented many ERP solutions, including SAP R/3. While at SAP, he initially focused on logistics. Now he focuses on SAP HANA, SAP BW (formerly SAP NetWeaver BW), SAP CRM, and the integration of SAP BW and SAP BusinessObjects tools. Nathan Genez

Nathan Genez is an SAP FI/CO- and SAP BW-certified consultant who has worked with SAP ERP since 1996, with an emphasis on the capital accounting modules: PS, IM, and FI-AA. A former platinum consultant with SAP America, Inc., he has worked with SAP BW since release 1.2B. He is currently a managing partner at Serio Consulting in Houston, Texas.

Anupam Gupta

Anupam Gupta works as a practice manager at The Principal Consulting (TPC), managing its enterprise performance management (EPM) practice. He has more than 10 years of development and global consulting experience with SAP solutions in the areas of financial planning, reporting, and consolidation. He has significant experience advising clients on IT strategy and technology road maps. He is responsible for the development of EPM competencies, knowledge management assets, and TPC-developed solutions spanning a range of SAP products such as SAP NetWeaver BW, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, and SAP Strategic Enterprise Management.

Ingo Hilgefort

Ingo Hilgefort started his career in 1999 with Seagate Software/Crystal Decisions as a trainer and consultant. He moved to Walldorf for Crystal Decisions at the end of 2000, and worked with the SAP NetWeaver BW development team integrating Crystal Reports with SAP NetWeaver BW. He then relocated to Vancouver in 2004, and worked as a product manager/program manager (in engineering) on the integration of BusinessObjects products with SAP products. Ingo's focus is now on the integration of the SAP BusinessObjects BI suite with  SAP landscapes, such as SAP BW and SAP BW on SAP HANA, focusing on end-to-end integration scenarios. In addition to his experience as a product manager and in his engineering roles, Ingo has been involved in architecting and delivering deployments of SAP BusinessObjects software in combination with SAP software for a number of global customers, and has been recognized by the SAP Community as an SAP Mentor for SAP BusinessObjects- and SAP integration-related topics. Stephanie Huber

Stephanie Huber is a senior consultant for business intelligence at Deloitte Consulting, with extensive experience providing a strong business and technical background in SAP HANA Studio, Design Studio, Lumira, Tableau, Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, and BusinessObjects Enterprise. As a current member of the SAP Crystal Reports Influence Council, Stephanie contributes to the strategic direction of the product and offers valuable insight on future releases. She has an in-depth understanding of SAP HANA, ERP, BW, and the SAP HANA cloud platform, honed in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and finance. Stephanie is consistently engaged in mission-critical projects whose success is dependent on her skills in all stages of the development cycle: requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and end-user training abilities.

David Hudgins

David Hudgins is an SAP-certified SAP Business Intelligence Engineer and SAP-authorized Educational Instructor for Decision First Technologies, Inc., where he is responsible for the technical and functional design of BI projects for clients, as well as project management during implementations. He has more than 10 years of hands-on experience in technical architecture, design, development, and deployment of BI applications, master data management, and training. David currently oversees the ASUG SIG NetWeaver Portal communities and Special Interest Groups, for which he ensures all groups are collaborative and demonstrate an equal balance of high-quality education, networking, and influence opportunities that are aligned with community members’ needs.

Peter Jones

Peter Jones is a business intelligence solution architect in the areas of CO, EC, SAP BW, BI, BusinessObjects, Planning and Consolidation (BPC), and SEM for MI6 Solutions. He is certified in all these areas and is a subject-material expert for SEM, CO, BI, and BPC, with over 14 years of experience in these areas working for SAP and MI6 Solutions. Currently, he is involved in projects incorporating SAP BW 7.4, HANA, BPC 10.0, and EPM 10.0. He has consulted in all those areas for the last nine years. Peter was an SAP instructor for seven years and has written several books about SAP NetWeaver BW, FI/CO, and has recently revised his book about BPC Implementation to version 10.1. Andrew Joo

Andrew Joo is the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) leader for North America within the SAP Business Analytics Center of Excellence at IBM Global Business Services. He has more than 16 years of deep strategy, financial, cost, management, and technology consulting experience, encompassing leading industry firms (Big 4, system integrators) and a multitude of technologies (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle), industries (private and public sector), processes and methodologies (PMI, Agile, SDLC), and roles (functional and technical). In addition to serving as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the field of financial advisory, EPM, BI, and Information Management disciplines, he has been integral in project delivery, practice development, business development, and industry and community outreach efforts. He has pioneered unique methodologies and go-to-market solutions using an integrated EPM (EPM-BPC) and BI paradigm. The aforementioned have been featured in key industry events and publications, including SAP Sapphire and SAPinsider’s Financials and Reporting & Analytics conferences. Don Loden

Don Loden is an information management and information governance professional with experience in multiple verticals. He is an SAP-certified application associate on SAP EIM products.  He has more than 15 years of information technology experience in the following areas: ETL architecture, development, and tuning; logical and physical data modeling; and mentoring on data warehouse, data quality, information governance, and ETL concepts. Don speaks globally and mentors on information management, governance, and quality. He authored the book SAP Information Steward: Monitoring Data in Real Time and is the co-author of two books: Implementing SAP HANA, as well as Creating SAP HANA Information Views. Don has also authored numerous articles for publications such as SAPinsider magazine, Tech Target, and Information Management magazine.

Gary Nolan

Gary Nolan is an SAP NetWeaver BW-certified consultant and author of Efficient SAP NetWeaver BW Implementation and Upgrade Guide and Efficient SAP NetWeaver BI Implementation and Project Management. Gary specializes in gathering and evaluating requirements, configuring SAP NetWeaver BW, and providing project management, performance management, and data architecture and data modeling expertise. Iliya Ruvinsky

Iliya Ruvinsky is a managing partner at Skywind Consulting Ltd., Israel. He is an SAP-certified BW consultant and instructor with more than 12 years of experience working with SAP BW and SAP BusinessObjects. He is an implementation and project management expert, serving for more than eight years as a trusted advisor to a wide range of Israeli enterprises, including in the insurance, energy, sales, and logistics industries. Penny Silvia

Penny Silvia is managing director, SAP Analytics, for Deloitte Consulting. She is part of the cross-sector executive leadership team for the SAP service line at Deloitte Consulting, responsible for developing service offerings and go-to-market strategies for SAP Analytics and SAP HANA-based solutions including SAP S/4HANA and SAP BW/4HANA. Mico Yuk

Mico Yuk is the founder of the coaching series, BI Dashboard Formula (BIDF).
