George Anderson

As a senior director and global program executive for an arm of Microsoft's consulting business, Dr. George Anderson leads teams of program and project managers, architects, and enterprise consulting professionals tasked with deploying various ERP solutions and other business applications. He’s co-authored several books including SAP Implementation Unleashed and the Teach Yourself SAP in 24 Hours series, serves as an adjunct professor teaching various project management and systems analysis courses, and holds a number of credentials including PMI PMP and several SAP and Microsoft certifications alongside a PhD in leadership/organizational change, an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Frank Bulacher

Frank Bulacher is manager of SAP CH at Alstom Switzerland. He has worked in BI for more than 14 years in the United States and Europe. Prior to that, he was a consultant in data warehousing and SAP FI/CO. His career has taken him to top-tier and boutique companies. Frank is a graduate of the University of Augsburg in Germany and the University of Wales in Swansea, UK, with majors in banking and computer science.

Pete Ditmars

Pete Ditmars, PMP, is an independent SAP technical consultant and project manager. A former IBM project manager, Pete has more than 13 years of SAP experience from small custom development projects to the management of full SAP implementations. With years of experience working with distributed teams, Pete provides both on-site and remote technical and PM support.

Kehinde Eseyin

Kehinde Eseyin is a senior SAP security and GRC consultant with Turnkey Consulting (UK) Limited. He has more than eight years of SAP authorizations, GRC, and Basis experience. In the past, he has managed teams to coordinate security, GRC, and Basis administration activities within a multinational environment and operated as an independent consultant, performing SAP system audits and SAP GRC Access Control implementations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science. He has different certifications, including SAP Access Control 10.0 Consultant; SAP Technical Consultant (SAP NetWeaver on Oracle); SAP Solution Manager Operations Consultant; SAP Support Engineer – SAP Solutions Manager; SAP Business One Consultant; Oracle Database Administration Professional (OCP DBA); ITIL v3; and PRINCE2. He is the co-author of SAP BusinessObjects Access Control 10.0 Application Associate Certification [Review Questions and Answers].

Jayne Gibbon

Jayne Gibbon, CPA, has been implementing SAP applications since 1996 and is currently a director in the Chief Customer Office at SAP. Jayne’s focus is making customers successful with their SAP HANA deployments. She has helped more than 100 customers drive business value with SAP HANA. Prior to joining SAP in 2007, Jayne worked for two multinational manufacturing companies based in Wisconsin. While an SAP customer, Jayne led the very first implementation of Virsa’s Compliance Calibrator, which is now part of SAP Access Control. Jayne’s experience includes internal audit; computer security; governance, risk, and compliance; SAP HANA; and SAP analytics.

Anupam Gupta

Anupam Gupta works as a practice manager at The Principal Consulting (TPC), managing its enterprise performance management (EPM) practice. He has more than 10 years of development and global consulting experience with SAP solutions in the areas of financial planning, reporting, and consolidation. He has significant experience advising clients on IT strategy and technology road maps. He is responsible for the development of EPM competencies, knowledge management assets, and TPC-developed solutions spanning a range of SAP products such as SAP NetWeaver BW, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, and SAP Strategic Enterprise Management.

Loren Heilig

Loren Heilig is the founder of IBSolution GmbH and has been its managing director since 2003. IBSolution GmbH is an innovative SAP NetWeaver service provider based in Germany that has made a name for itself as a specialist in complex SAP NetWeaver projects. With predefined packages, IBSolution also proves that SAP projects don't always have to be expensive. Before founding IBSolution GmbH, Loren was a project lead at SAP AG. Within IBSolution, he set up the consulting practices for master data management, business process management, and identity and access Management. Now he is working on expanding the footprint of IBSolution into the mobile area. At IBSolution, he is responsible for the sales and marketing area and compiles the overall strategy of IBSolution.

Winni Hesel

Winni Hesel is a partner with Enowa Consulting, and his SAP experience reaches back more than 20 years. As an SAP consultant, project manager, and program manager, he has led global rollouts and worked on numerous SAP projects in the Americas and Europe. Winni has six years of experience with SAP Solution Manager and has completed more than 50 SAP Solution Manager project assignments with various scope from projects to ChaRM to Service Desk to test management and business process monitoring.

John Krakowski

John Krakowski is currently an SAP senior product manager for SAP Solution Manager with the Solution Management for Application Lifecycle Management team, responsible for the roll-in and roll-out of this strategic SAP product. He has been an employee of SAP since 1997 and has been actively involved with the SAP Solution Manager platform since 2001.

Danielle Larocca

Danielle Larocca is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Capital Management for EPI-USE Labs. Previously she was the Executive Vice President of Operations/Chief Knowledge Officer at a technology start-up. She has more than 20 years of strategic leadership experience in multi-national business, business process re-engineering, and project and people management. Danielle is an expert on SAP Human Resources (HR) and reporting and has authored four best-selling books on SAP. She is a regular speaker at numerous conferences around the world on topics such as HR, technology, change management, and leadership. She is an official SAP Mentor, a global designation assigned to less than 160 professionals worldwide, who serve as influential community participants in the SAP ecosystem. This group is nominated by the community and selected by the SAP Mentors’ Advisory Board to keep SAP relevant. Danielle also serves as an expert advisor for SAP Professional Journal.

Don Loden

Don Loden is an information management and information governance professional with experience in multiple verticals. He is an SAP-certified application associate on SAP EIM products.  He has more than 15 years of information technology experience in the following areas: ETL architecture, development, and tuning; logical and physical data modeling; and mentoring on data warehouse, data quality, information governance, and ETL concepts. Don speaks globally and mentors on information management, governance, and quality. He authored the book SAP Information Steward: Monitoring Data in Real Time and is the co-author of two books: Implementing SAP HANA, as well as Creating SAP HANA Information Views. Don has also authored numerous articles for publications such as SAPinsider magazine, Tech Target, and Information Management magazine.

Sarah Lottman

Sarah Lottman has more than seven years of technical experience in SAP user interface technologies, including SAPUI5, Fiori, and Web Dynpro. Sarah worked at SAP as a technology consultant helping customers build desktop, tablet, and mobile applications that interface with SAP. She currently works as a senior software developer for SAP Custom Development and is working on new user interfaces for S4/HANA. She graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a bachelor of science degree in computer science and holds numerous certifications including ITIL, SAP HANA, and SAP ABAP.

Michael A. Moore

Michael A. Moore has been an IT consultant for 24 years with more than 12 years of experience as an SAP technical architect. Mike has held positions with DuPont, Westinghouse, IBM, and Accenture. His clients have included public sector, consumer products, manufacturing, and financial companies. For the past seven years, Mike's career has focused on SAP technical architecture, where he is responsible for SAP financial, logistics, asset management, and business intelligence solutions for a US federal public sector customer. Mike received his bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and holds numerous certifications including PMP, ITIL Foundations, Certified Scrum Master (Agile), and several SAP certifications. 

Alpesh Parmar

Alpesh Parmar is the managing partner at ultimumIT, Inc. He has over 11 years of experience in the IT field and led many SAP implementations. He is an internationally recognized and a renowned subject matter expert for SAP GRC solutions and has been speaking at different SAP conferences. His articles have been published in SAP forums, SAPinsider, and the SAPexperts GRC hub. Before founding ultimumIT, Inc., he was at Levi Strauss & Co. for almost three years serving as GRC architect/advisor. Prior to joining Levi, he was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and led multiple SAP GRC engagements. He also served as implementation team lead at SAP Labs and as senior software developer at Virsa Systems. Alpesh holds a bachelor’s degree in control engineering (B.E.I.C.) from Gujarat University, in India, and a master’s degree in computer science (M.S.C.S.) from Monmouth University, in New Jersey. 

Janet Salmon

Janet Salmon joined SAP in 1992. After six months of training on R/2, she began work as a translator, becoming a technical writer for the Product Costing area in 1993. As English speakers with a grasp of German costing methodologies were rare in the early 1990s, she began to hold classes and became a product manager for the Product Costing area in 1996, helping numerous international organizations set up Product Costing. More recently, she has worked on CO content for SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse, Financial Analytics, and role-based portals. She is currently chief product owner for management accounting. She lives in Speyer, Germany, with her husband and two children.

Lori Sanders

Lori Sanders has been working with SAP ALM and Solution Manager for more than 10 years. She consults with global customers and partners to create and implement strategies using SAP Solution Manager as the backbone of implementation and solution operations. She worked with SAP from 2004 to 2008 as a Platinum Consultant, the first named for SAP Solution Manager, and then in an executive role in SAP Active Global Support, before returning to a direct customer advisory role as a consulting partner.

Penny Silvia

Penny Silvia is managing director, SAP Analytics, for Deloitte Consulting. She is part of the cross-sector executive leadership team for the SAP service line at Deloitte Consulting, responsible for developing service offerings and go-to-market strategies for SAP Analytics and SAP HANA-based solutions including SAP S/4HANA and SAP BW/4HANA. This includes both internally and externally focused activities, sales enablement, solution development, client strategies, and thought leadership.

Rizwan Uqaili

Rizwan Uqaili is an SAP Practice Director with Fujitsu America. Rizwan and his team help clients leverage the service orientation that forms the basis of the SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) platform and helps them with the composition of their business processes. Rizwan has been a key speaker at various industry conferences. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and received his MBA from Clark University.

Marcel van den Top

Marcel van den Top has 14 years of experience in analysis, design, and implementation of business information systems. Marcel has gained his knowledge about SAP Solution Manager through SAP projects in different industries — as an SAP ERP Financials consultant, integration manager, project manager, and advisor. He is a regular speaker at the SAP Solution Manager seminar, advising companies on how to improve their implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects, as well as their support processes.

Kees van Westerop

Kees van Westerop has been working as an SAP consultant for more than 25 years. He has an MBA degree in mathematics and a degree in finance. Kees has been concentrating on the financial modules, especially in general ledger accounting, cost center accounting, and consolidation. He also has a great deal of experience with rollouts of kernel systems and integrating finance and logistics.

Bert Vanstechelman

Bert Vanstechelman has more than 15 years of experience in SAP Basis consulting, running all kinds of SAP versions in combination with all possible databases and operating systems supported by SAP. He specializes in SAP release upgrades and Unicode conversions. Bert is the author of the following SAP PRESS books: SAP NetWeaver Application Server Upgrade Guide, The OS/DB Migration Project Guide, and mySAP ERP Upgrade Project Guide.

Nathan Williams

Nathan Williams is a senior SAP management and technology consultant with a prominent concentration in SAP Application Lifecycle Management and SAP Solution Manager. Coordinating with IT, business, and program management teams, he has effectively defined strategies and roadmaps to help SAP customers seamlessly transition to SAP Solution Manager processes and capabilities. Nathan is also experienced with all technical configuration aspects of SAP Solution Manager, including security, Basis, and SAP CRM. James Wood

James Wood is the founder and principal consultant of Bowdark Consulting, Inc., an SAP NetWeaver consulting and training organization. With more than 10 years of experience as a software engineer, James specializes in custom development in the areas of ABAP Objects, Java/J2EE, SAP NetWeaver Process Integration, and SAP NetWeaver Portal. Before starting Bowdark Consulting, Inc. in 2006, James was an SAP NetWeaver consultant for SAP America, Inc., and IBM Corporation, where he was involved in multiple SAP implementations. He holds a master’s degree in software engineering from Texas Tech University. He is also the author of Object-Oriented Programming with ABAP Objects (SAP PRESS, 2009), ABAP Cookbook (SAP PRESS, 2010), and SAP NetWeaver Process Integration: A Developer’s Guide (Bowdark Press, 2011).
