How can I get full access to all the content posted on this site?

To access the complete content, you'll need a license. You can purchase a license in two ways:

  1. Use the online form by clicking on the “Subscribe” button near the top right of SAPexperts.com.
  2. Call us at +1-781-751-8880. We will connect you with an account manager who can help you by customizing a subscription package that meets your personal or company needs. SAP Experts licenses are available on an individual basis, or through enterprise-wide licenses. Each eligible license holder may access SAPexperts.com using a registered username and personal password at any time from any computer with Internet access. You can easily customize licenses to meet the needs of your team or organization.

Searching the site

What does it mean if I can't access an article?

It can mean a few different things:

  1. Your license has expired.
  2. You don't have a license to SAP Experts, or to the particular content area (i.e., Financials Expert, SCM Expert) you are trying to access.
  3. You have ordered a license, and have not yet paid for it.
  4. You have not accepted the terms of service.

I am getting an error message when trying to access an article. What do I do?

If you get an error message, please contact Customer Service by using the Contact form and selecting Customer Service on the form. Please be sure to include the URL of the error notification you received. Once the problem is resolved, we will notify you.

What is the role of the account administrator?

The administrator is in charge of administering all users within their company who have full access to SAPexperts.com.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept bank wire transfers, company checks, and credit cards (AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa). Payment is due upon receipt.

Premium license information

How can I find out if my company already has a premium license?

What should I do if I am not registered for my company's license?

Please contact the individual in your company who administers your SAP Experts license. If there is room on your company’s license, your administrator can add you to it. If more seats need to be added to your company’s license, your license administrator should call 1-781-751-8799, or use our Contact form.

How do I log in?

You can log in from any computer with an Internet connection. The log in button is found at the top right of the website.

How can I upgrade my account or increase the number of authorized users?

Who can make changes to the users on a license?

What are your terms of service?

SAP Experts is the property of Wellesley Information Services (WIS) and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law and conventions. Under the terms of this license, individual named users on the license account are the only people permitted to access our knowledgebase using the login information assigned to them. They may not share their passwords. They may not distribute printed copies of articles for others, nor may they email articles to others without permission from WIS.

Please note also that our articles can never be posted to a web page, intranet, or network drive. Licensees may not use a script, spider, or other tool to automatically download articles from the database. Violation of any of these terms will result in immediate loss of access privileges and may result in legal action against the individual and the individual's company.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you decide to cancel your subscription, please contact our customer service department.
