Amy Grubb is the CEO and principal consultant at Cloud Consulting Partners, Inc. She has consulted in the HCM space for more than 15 years, spending eight years in Deloitte’s Human Capital Management practice. Amy has a deep background with SuccessFactors, having implemented the suite since 2007. She also has implemented SAP HCM on-premise solutions for many years so she brings a unique skillset and understanding to her clients. Amy holds three SuccessFactors consultant certifications in Align & Perform, Talent Sourcing, and Talent Management. Currently, Amy teaches Mastery Courses for SAP Education including Recruiting Management Mastery, Recruiting Marketing Mastery, Succession Mastery, and Performance and Goal Management Mastery. She has implemented numerous modules within SuccessFactors, including Performance and Goal Management, Succession Planning, CDP, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning for clients globally. Amy is the coauthor of the book SuccessFactors with SAP ERP HCM.
