Key Concept
The SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solution (formerly SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Execution) includes Recruitment Marketing (RMK) and Recruitment Management (RCM). Together with Onboarding (ONB), the solutions offer organizations the ability to efficiently identify and attract the best candidates.

In the preceding chapters of this book we discussed all possible integration scenarios associated with SuccessFactors Recruiting Execution (REC) Suite. SuccessFactors REC provides a built-in integration or the avenue to build integration with other key players in the recruiting industry throughout the recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, assessment, interviewing, background checks, and utilizing social media.

In today’s IT world, integration is always a taboo for cloud talent management products. There is very limited scope to create new integrations and most of the time it’s very expensive to build an integration between a cloud product and a third-party vendor unlike ERP systems. Most cloud systems require another middleware (such as Boomi, SAP HANA and Web Services, etc.) to effectively integrate with another external system. Rinky Karthik serves as a Project Manager, HCM SuccessFactors, for the People LoB for itelligence and has 16 years of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors experience. This includes many global implementations, including support and upgrade of various SAP on-premise modules and SuccessFactors modules in diverse roles, like Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, and Project/Program Manager. Rinky has an MBA in Human Resources and she comes with a strong project management background; as such, she has managed a variety of global projects for clients in different domains. She has extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors’ SAP Launch and SAP Activate implementation methodologies, and is a Certified SuccessFactors consultant in Recruitment Management, Recruiting Marketing, Learning Management Solution, and Employee Central.
