How Can Enhancement Packages Help Compliance?

See a new way that SAP distributes updates to your system and how you can use them to cut down on testing and resource use.

SAP deploys Support Packages (SPs) to provide users with corrections. Typically, the SP combines multiple corrections and enhancements.

As a result, when the Basis team applies the changes, it implements them all and then the SAP team has to test them all — even if you are only interested in a few of the fixes. This whole process of implementing corrections and changes to the system was very time consuming, resource hogging, and inefficient.
