Human resources and intellectual property are an enterprise’s biggest assets. Suffice it to say that human resources are also one of the biggest risk components of an ERP implementation. It is of utmost importance for enterprises to recognize this risk and take steps to mitigate it. I will delve into the various ways a resource risk exists in SAP projects and what you can do to mitigate it.
