Solution Manager expert Michael Pytel of NIMBL Consulting shares his knowledge of Solution Manager 7.1, the latest iteration of SAP's application lifecycle management and IT service desk tool. Michael talks about the different pieces of functionality that are affected if you choose to upgrade.

Michael Pytel is a certified SAP Solution Manager consultant with more than eight years of technical SAP implementation expertise and more than 11 years of overall ERP project experience. As NIMBL’s NetWeaver practice manager, he's responsible for overseeing NIMBL’s global SAP administration and infrastructure delivery including all SAP Basis and NetWeaver component initiatives. He's led countless Solution Manager projects driving business process improvements (e.g., Business Process Monitoring, Incident Management, and Change Request Management). He is a frequent presenter at ASUG, WIS, and SAP conferences.
