Change Incorrect Inspection Results Before a UD is Taken in QM

See how to correct a mistake in the findings of an inspection lot as long as its usage decision is not made. The flexibility to change the recorded results of an inspection lot in the Quality Management (QM) module can help in situations in which changing inspection results becomes inevitable.

Occasionally, an oversight or incorrect data entry requires you to revise the results of an inspection lot. You can make these revisions as long as you have not recorded the usage decision (UD) for the inspection lot. If you have recorded it, you need to reverse the UD first before any changes to results recording are possible.
