David Cargile

David Cargile is a managing director based in KPMG’s Dallas office. He has more than 19 years of experience assisting organizations in managing the critical risks associated with information technology, particularly around large-scale application implementations and significant compliance initiatives. David participates in a number of firm leadership teams, including SAP, GRC, and Dodd-Frank Conflict Minerals. David has been a frequent speaker at various conferences, trade shows, and training events, covering a variety of topics including ERP risk management, project management, data mining, compliance programs, personnel management, and technology trends.
